By accessing or using our website, services, or subscribing to any Wutini plan, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). 

1. Services Overview

Wutini provides video editing services to businesses, content creators, and media teams through:

• Subscription-based plans

• One-time or project-based services

Services may include (but are not limited to):

• Long-form video editing

• Short-form / social video editing

• Motion graphics, captions, color correction, and basic audio cleanup

Specific deliverables depend on the selected plan or agreed project scope.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Unlimited Requests

“Unlimited requests” means you may submit as many editing requests as you like, queued one at a time based on your plan. We work through requests sequentially.

2.2 Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery depends on:

• Video length

• Complexity

• Revision requests

• Current workload

3. Revisions

All plans include unlimited revisions, provided requests stay within the original scope of the task.
New creative directions or additional edits outside the original request may be treated as a new task.

4. One-Time & Project-Based Services

For one-time or project-based work:

• Scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins

• Payment is required upfront unless otherwise stated

• Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear instructions and reference materials

• Supply all required footage, assets, and brand guidelines

• Confirm you own or have rights to all provided content

Wutini is not responsible for delays caused by missing or unclear inputs.

6. Payments & Billing

• Subscription plans are billed monthly unless canceled

• All fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

7. Cancellations & Pausing

You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. 

8. Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment:

• You own the final edited video files delivered by Wutini

• Wutini retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or marketing unless otherwise agreed

Raw project files are not included unless explicitly stated.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use Wutini services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent content

• Copyright infringement

• Hate speech, harassment, or explicit illegal material

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for violations.

10. Confidentiality

All client materials and information are treated as confidential.
We do not share or sell client data or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wutini shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous billing cycle.

12. Service Availability

While we aim for consistent availability, services may occasionally be interrupted due to:

• Maintenance

• Technical issues

• Force majeure events

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
